Very good company to work with. Ron was an absolute pleasure during the whole process of planning and through the stages of completion. His employees are hard working, efficient, and like a big family. I felt comfortable and confident in the entire project. Ours was different from most and Custom Canvas Structures took it on with gusto and professionalism.
Our home awning was damaged in Hurricane Helene. We had wonderful service from these guys from start to finish. Their office staff is so nice, scheduling updates were consistent, estimator and installers just top-notch. Our new awning is beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

We enjoyed the experience of working with Custom Canvas Structures. Although we had a small job to complete, the company treated us as if we were a large client. Robert Heffington from their sales team came onsite, explained the process, provided us multiple options and helped us in selecting the best product. The installation team arrived on the scheduled appointment date and time (very prompt), did an excellent job installing and cleaning up.
We have already recommended Custom Canvas Structures to a few neighbors who light the results the canvas awning provides us.
