This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Some years ago, my elderly parents purchased an awning from them and it worked well. Here we are about 7 years later and the remote stopped working. Their service for all of this has been a nightmare. First it was 263 for a white piece of plastic and an entire contract, that was sketchy (because why do we need a contract for a remote control that should cost no more than $20). This was with no service, no programming, no help, just a white piece of plastic.
Well we are learning why, because they don’t back it up and they don’t respond to anything in a timely manner. We emailed 2 days after we got the remote and told them it wasn’t working. The person we were working with kept going back and forth and eventually disappeared. Found out after a second follow up that he had left. Then the one person, tried to gaslight me by saying it was operator error and that I needed to reach out to an invisible entity, the company THEY deal with, who they have the contact information for, who don’t answer their phones, pretty much wasting time. When it is all said and done, they will give me back a portion of my payment, minus more than 50%, if I send the remote back, but no other help or solution. Even though I communicated immediately and over and over for almost 2 months, I missed the return by date of 30 days. It’s considered used because I took it out of the package and with a skilled and qualified electrician, tried to pair it up. It never worked and now they want me to eat $133 for a non functioning piece of plastic. We spent thousands on this system and they have LOUSY customer retention or customer service. It’s a money grab for them, after the initial install. Hands off, no help, milk for money. I would not recommend them.
Our architect wanted a modern shade function for our high-rise project. Awnings Works helped us work through several options and stay within budget to achieve an excellent finished product.
Janice was very friendly, consistent and thorough in helping me find the cushions I wanted! The quality of the fabric is beautiful and she and her helper Billy delivered them for us too.

They did an amazing job on my large awning. The staff, especially Janice, was always friendly, patient and willing to talk to us anytime. I’ll have to bring my smaller awnings to them soon so they can match!!
