Worked with Aaron and the others at Purchase Green for many months doing all of their installs for Stpete and Tampa. We rushed into a partnership with jobs on the way with the agreement being a fixed amount per sqft + material costs reimbursed. I was constantly faced with delays on jobs and payments due to them being unorganized. I paid for hotels, labor, materials, etc out of pocket to finish these jobs. My mistake, because there are still thousands of dollars unpaid. I hired an attorney to force them to pay the labor costs after 6+ months of patiently waiting. It’s been 15+ months and now I no longer even get replies regarding the thousands of dollars for material reimbursement. It’s extremely difficult to run a small business when you lose thousands to a large company like this. I’m glad the customers are happy with the work my guys and I did, as well as hope we can square this away in the near future. I’ve worked with many turf distributors and companies, this is the only I’ve had issues with.
As a contractor. I’m absolutely impressed with jonnies customer service! Very informational and the quality of Turf is absolutely great! Couldn’t ask for a better person to work with. All my installs will be recommended to this American made Turf supplier from here on out!
