Luis and his team did a phenomenal job transforming our guest bath shower. Before beginning the work Luis met with us a few times to zero in on exactly what we wanted. Great communication throughout the process on each step and what to expect. It took about a week and half from demo to completion. Tile Queens pricing was much better than other places without sacrificing quality. Goodbye mid 90s shower and hello 2024 design!

Luis and his guys…what can I say, they did great. The work turned out beautifully. They are just all around good guys, and I’d recommend them to anyone. Best part is they were super neat, plastic to protect my bedroom and dust was never an issue.
This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They are honest, affordable and the work is fantastic. We had Luis install a backsplash in our plane kitchen. Me and my wife love the work that was done. They are very professional and will tell you upfront what needs to be done. I recommend this company for all your tile needs
Luis was hired to install tile floors for large home, The Job took much longer than he thought as he isn’t experienced floor tile installer he never finished in end was unprofessional in many areas. although he is not a bad person. I Found that Luis was Not Good Business Man or professional “Tile Queen” left the job undone and didn’t grout the job or make the repairs in which his guys damaged tiles. ( We paid $6,500 to have the tile repaired and Grouted ). So he never came to get last payment or contacted us back, he just walked away from a job that obviously he couldn’t handle. he is good probably for small bathroom ,but he is at best Handy Man installer not Craftsman. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 🙁 .
Highly recommended! Luis and his team were an absolute joy to work with! He responds quickly, does what he says he’s going to do, checks in regularly with his customers to make sure the work is going as expected, is extremely diligent and detailed, takes his time to make sure things are done right versus rushing through it, and provided really good workmanship! I will be using Luis for all my future tile work as well. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a contractor, who is trustworthy, reliable, and all around great to work with!
