He’s amazing! This man is warm, personable, approachable, empathetic, incredibly humble, good looking, charming, charismatic and just in general, beautiful kind soul. He’s a sharp dressed man as well. He clearly understands that presentation is everything. Why WOULD you trust your skin, your face especially, to ANYONE who would choose anything else? He always listens and takes him. As much time as you require to be treated is what to expect when you visit this office. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Only doctor’s office I’ve ever been to in my life that I always leaves me feel better about life when I leave. FYI, my family member is a 10 year or so patient of his. Maybe 9. Idk. But what I do know is that he has kept my son alive with his commitment and dedication.
My number one dermatologist! Staff is extra sweet and friendly. Dr Forman has been my derm since 2012 for my chronic illness and he has treated me as if I’m family. He is sincere, listens and goes over options. I highly recommend him over any derm in Florida!! Or anywhere! Thank you Dr Forman!!!!

Doctor Forman was abrupt, which took me by surprise. Was not a good listener, (interrupted, cut off) which interfered with my communication of needs. I felt like I got good care otherwise.
Office itself is pretty, has an aquarium. Receptionist was rude at first, but then later kind, so it canceled out. The doctor has a pretty good resume so the care was probably adequate. average experience overall.
I am scoring ForCare a 2. I wanted to give a 2.5, but I will explain below.
First, as for Dr Forman and the other providers at ForCare, I will give them a 5. Myself and other family members have been patients for several years. Top notch providers, helpful, caring.
As for the office staff and front office and policies, let’s say a zero. There had never been any issues up until recently with their transition to a app based patient information / check in system, which is mandatory to use. I can’t go in and fill out a patient questionnaire on a clipboard like I have all my life. I MUST download and use the APP, and the staff is pretty aggressive about it and not making exceptions about it.
Honestly, I don’t want the APP. Yes, I know it’s 2023, but some people still don’t have smart phones (!), don’t know how to use them, or don’t want the APP for privacy concerns, or don’t have space for the APP.
I was in the lobby waiting and a woman walked in with her daughter for an appointment. When informed they had to install and use the APP, they promptly left, walking out on the appointment and to find a new provider. I’m not to that point yet as I value the providers, but am starting to get pushed that direction.
