The overall experience was phenomenal but I’d like to specially thank Katie in Radiology who made an uncomfortable time manageable. She was extremely kind, had amazing bedside manner, and very thorough. I appreciate everyone who helped from check in to diagnosis. As a person who dreads the hospital and will let pain/discomfort linger, I was impressed. Thanks again!
I was recently cared for by nurse Mandy. I can’t express how grateful I am for their exceptional service.
From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warmth and professionalism that helped ease my way through this challenging time.
Mandy’s attention to detail, along with her compassionate approach, was evident in every interaction. She took the time to not just explain my treatment plan but to make sure that I honestly understood it. Her patience and clarity in answering my questions and concerns were pretty amazing! Her personality is just so upbeat! She makes a conversation feel like a walk in the park and brings so much good energy into the space. I can’t not smile when she walks into my room. Moreover, I appreciate her ability to anticipate needs that I didn’t even know I had!
New building so definately clean. The chairs in the waiting room are quite comfy. But I gotta say, the wait time is horrendous. 3 hours in and only just got called back. BTW, there was only 6 people ahead of me and 1 ambo during this time. No way this is reasonable. I’d swear they are understaffed, well for doctors at least. Also, out of the 5 nurses and or support staff who have done various things, 2 were so very cold and uncaring. Shout out to Olga and Elise as they are amazing. Dr. Fahmi had an excellent bedside manner and did a great job. Overall, a slightly below average experience. I would recommend it to a friend. Thank you all for your hard work and many times, thankless dedication to helping us old farts.
I had to take my dad to the emergency room on 02/25 it was around 10:30-11. We had a great experience from the time we walked In until the time he got discharged. Everyone was very caring and compassionate. I would like to thank his nurse Michael B I hope I got his name right but he was really amazing with my dad. He explained what he was doing step by step answered all our questions made the whole process easy. I really appreciate the great care.
