Dr. Al-Zougbi was very nice & friendly. She took her time in explaining thoroughly all medical topics that we discussed. She came up with a good plan & routine to follow. She carefully looked over all the records that I presented to her & even had recommendations for an area I was unsure about. She also made it very easy & clear in the specific items that are needed for this plan & routine to follow. The office was clean & neat. Tamara was also nice & friendly as well & made it easy to communicate with, which I appreciate. All in all, the doctor & staff were very welcoming & pleasant. I travel an hour away because the doctor is worth every minute. She has wonderful bedside manners as well. A+++++++++++++++++++++ If I can leave 10 stars I would. Thanks you guys 🙂
I had a lovely experience with Dr.Asma Al-Zougbi. It was nice to not have to wait. I was seen immediately. I was greeted by a friendly assistant who knew all about my medical history before I mentioned anything. It was nice she already took the time to get to know my concerns with my early questionnaire submitted and she retrieved my prior blood work. I was then immediately greeted by Dr. Al-Zougbi. She was very nice and professional. She listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. She explained everything thoroughly and even drew a diagram so I could understand. She quickly knew what she needed to help me and diagnosed me. I finally feel optimistic that I will feel better with the recommendations she gave. I was always told I’m fine and was never given any treatment with my nurse practitioner at another clinic, Even though I complained and shared my problematic symptoms. I am really happy I found Dr. Al-Zougbi and I am looking forward to my future wellness.
My follow up appointment was great. Dr. Al-Zougbi was so friendly. I feel very comfortable and confident with her. I feel really good about this and feeling happy someone is listening to me and really trying to help me with my concerns. Still very happy I found her
A new referral to the Tampa Endocrinology Institute, LLC I was very impressed with the scheduling of my appointment, the information made available prior to the appointment, the nurse assistant who unprocessed me and even more so by the doctor. The prior work that was done for her to understand my unique medical history prior to my even entering the office was clear during the appointment. Medically, the appointment was comprehensive and ensured I understood what was affecting me and what we were doing to get me better. Even more remarkable was the next day follow-up phone call I received from the doctor.
This is the best medical practice in Tampa. Appointments are easy to make, insurance is handled professionally, response time is short and the office is quiet and pleasant. Dr. Al-Zougbi listens and offers options for care. She is knowledgeable, professional and very nice. I feel heard and cared for with this team. I can’t recommend this office strongly enough.
Dr. Al-Zougbi was a pleasure to meet, she really took her time to listen to my concerns and order appropriate testing needed. Unfortunately she could help me with my medical mystery, but she was very forthcoming and honest about this. She even refunded me my money without me having to ask, found me another specialist to see, and sent all of my notes and lab work over to them. She went above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a trying time. Her staff were kind and sweet, and the office was lovely and neat. Amazing, moral, thoughtful, and kind people and place.
