My husband and I both see Dr Swami and we are very happy with her. We moved from IL and had an amazing endocrinologist there so finding a replacement wasn’t going to be easy. Dr Swami takes time to listen, is thorough and makes sure all labs and prescriptions are in order. We’ve adjusted our prescriptions since seeing her but when something wasn’t working well she was quick to correct things. At the end of our exams we feel confident with our treatment plan going forward and labs are ordered for our next visit. I would strongly recommend Dr Swami to friends and family.
I was able to get an appointment within an appropriate time frame. Dr. Swami was patient and informative. I felt like she was willing to listen to me and advise me instead of dictating how to handle my health concerns. Fantastic experience.

My experience here was not good from the moment I walked in. There was no one at the reception desk, I heard a voice call out “I’ll be right there”. I waited while I could hear the staff talking and laughing. Finally someone came out and asked for my license and insurance card, only to disappear again. The wait to see the doctor wasn’t bad, but she did not examine me. There was no contact from her at all, she didn’t listen to my heart or lungs, didn’t physically feel my thyroid, she wasn’t very interested in hearing my history. She looked through the lab reports I had brought with me and then said she couldn’t help me but would refer me to another endocrinologist. I was given the name and phone number of the other doctor and sent on my way. I later received a notification that there were notes available about my visit. The notes described my heart and lung sounds, but she had never listened, she never made any physical contact with me at all, so how could she know what my heart and lung sounds were? Then to top it all off, when I called the other doctor I was supposed to be referred to, they had no record of a referral. I called Prime Endo to ask about the missing referral, but as always, it went to voicemail. I left a message stating my referral had not been received by the other doctor and could someone please call me back. I have not received any call backs. I will not waste my time going back here.
