I cannot say enough great things about Dr Jacobson and her team. They have been taking care of our child since birth for almost four years now and every single visit has always been met with support, care and explanation of current illnesses as well as future steps and treatments. As new parents, Dr Jacobson helped guide us through current and upcoming milestones of our child in a way where we felt prepared on what to expect next.
Dr Jacobson always takes the amount of time needed to make both her patients and parents feel heard and is always flexible to support busy schedules of working parents.
Her team of assistants are always patient, calm and willing to find solutions that work for parents and children. They not only work to ensure you have the correct health support but take the time to build a relationship of trust with your little ones to avoid any anxiety behind trips to the doctor. My child gets excited when he knows we will be going to the doctor which is a reflection of the great care this team provides and as a parents makes a world of difference when dealing with a sick little one.
If you are looking for a great pediatrician and team that truly cares about her patients’ needs and needs of the parents this is the place for you!
Doctors are good. We loved Dr. Rose and Dr. Jacobson. However, we decided to move out considering the receptionists/nurses.They’re highly reckless, don’t know how to draw blood, don’t know how to manage appointments (we’ve ended up waiting hours), if you call them – they just put you on hold and again go for hours.
Unsure if this pediatrics would get any better with these supporting staffs.
We have been going to this office for about a year and a half. Always had a great experience with Dr. Jacobson but the only issue was it could be hard to get an appointment with one provider on staff. No longer an issue since they hired Dr. James this year.
My experience, compared to what I hear from parents at other providers is they provide an appropriate level of concern for issues without being overly cautious, resulting in a great level of care for the kiddos by prescribing just what they need, as well as suggestions to help with parental sanity of children under 5. Highly recommend!
Dr Jacobson is amazing and today I met her new colleague Dr. James (female) during my child’s Annual Wellness check. Dr James is so sweet, professional and warm, we loved her! Everyone at this pedia office has a 5 star personality! Kind, caring, considerate and always accommodating! Top Notch! Highly recommend this office + it’s at a convenient location off Northdale park!
We are so excited that Dr. Jacobson has a new doctor working for her named Dr. Rose James. She is a very detailed and down to earth. My kids love going to see her! She makes them feel so comfortable and it’s like visiting family. So happy Dr. Jacobson found her!
