Devan is like family now. My 1 year old has been seeing her since infancy and she’s been a pleasure to see when we come in for concerns or the routine check ups. She’s a great physician and also human which means the world to me as a new mother. I’ve moved and plan to do the commute to see Devan only. The others are good too but Devan is just a great fit for me and my baby. Love her! So happy I chose Pediatric Health Care Alliance.
Pediatric Alliance South Tampa office is great! Nurses and front staff are wonderful! The office is clean! Our primary doctor, Doctor Partridge is AMAZING! We’ve seen other doctors when she’s not available and they all are wonderful! Doctor Partridge has been so great with our little babe. She listens, great with advice and so kind/patience. Highly recommend Dr Partridge and the staff at Pediatric Alliance South Tampa!
This practice is *extremely* overbearing about vaccines. They kicked us out of this practice without any warning when they had previously agreed to a slower vaccine schedule (my older two are completely vaccinated so we are not anti-vaccine and they know that). My youngest stays home with me and they expected us to come every WEEK to “catch up,” yet I had wait over an hour each time to get a vaccine (I have 3 young kids- this is not feasible or fair). Each time receiving over $300 in bills for one vaccine (with good insurance) because of how this office bills you for vaccines if you aren’t exactly on the CDC schedule. The office itself never felt clean. They have newborn well visits next door to toddlers hacking up their lungs. The “medical aides” draw up vaccines outside of the room and blinding give them, not labeled, without the parent being able to see the vial. This is a huge red flag and opportunity for a very dangerous medical error. The doctors were always very judgmental if you weren’t 100% on board with giving 6 vaccines at once to a newborn, antibiotics at the first sign of an ear infection, etc. We are very reasonable, level headed parents and in the medical field. We were treated very less than for wanting to make decisions for our children. It’s unfortunate this is one of the only pediatric practices in town. We have luckily found a much better fit for us. If you want to have any say in your child’s health, find somewhere else.
Dr Voltarel is wonderful, patient, and a concerned doctor. He has a warm bed side manner and makes my boys smile. They do not feel stressed about going to see Dr. V!
Amanda Hoyos was absolutely wonderful! Her engagement with us during the appointment was amazing, and her follow through was so appreciated. She even called after hours to update up on results. Will requested her next time for sure
