They told me to come at 11:15 and “ I would be seen they would get me in “. I arrived at that time and they told me 1 pm. Also, his address is incorrect, which seems to be known but not changed. Poor front desk / administrative service, tyrant complex. Patient and Dr.suffer. Recommend elsewhere for better service.

I can’t emphasize enough about the highest levels of appreciation & gratitude that I have for Dr. Parker, Dr. Lorenzo & the entire staff at USF/TGH. As a retired physician, I myself only let the best of the very best physicians treat when it comes to my own healthcare. Dr. Parker, Dr. Lorenzo and staff are truly outstanding in every aspect. The group is exceptionally helpful, caring and extremely accommodating with regards to the care of their patients. On a 1-10 scale, I am honestly rating the entire experience as an 11+. His coordinator, Carolina, is one of the most kindest and caring persons that I have ever known and was outstanding at pulling some last minute strings for me during a very difficult period of time in order to help my care. Thanks again for everything. You guys are the best!!
2022: That was my initial review above and the scores would be significantly higher if Google allowed. Presently, I have remained with the same opinion and provide the most positive feedback possible. Dr. Parker is simply the best and has a heart of gold with tremendous care for his patients. He listens, he’s attentive and will provide the patient with the best possible recommendations and advice but most importantly is the overall team that he has at USF/TGH. All of his residents are top notch, go out of their way just like Dr. Parker to help others and patients like myself have the highest amount of gratitude possible for the overall ongoing outstanding care they render on a daily basis. Thank you always Dr. Parker.
Horrible experience. I thought I Booked with Dr. Parker, but got a Different Doctor. The frustrating part however is that there was not a consultation about the differences of which procedure, Traditional vs No-Scalpel Vasectomy, would I prefer. It took 3 weeks to speak with a Dr. only to find out you do not provide both procedures.
You clearly state on your website both procedures, which is misleading. Furthermore, even during initial phone scheduling you should indicate that you only offer 1 procedure so patients can make educated decisions prior to visit/consult. I now have to prolong my procedure because of lack of transparency while I interview a 2nd Dr. to see what procedure is right for me.
I am currently a patient of Dr. Parker for fertility. He is a true professional! He cares about his patients and goes above to make sure you understand everything. I would highly recommended Dr. Parker!!
