Dr Mastandrea saved my life when I had stage 3 kidney cancer. He’s a top surgeon and a good caregiver. I highly recommend him!! He also takes care of my husband.
Doctor was dismissive and quick to come in but even quicker to leave. Staff made not one but two appointments for days they were closed. I didn’t give them one stars because they actually forwarded my information safely to my new doctor.
I visited Dr Mastandrea a few months ago in severe pain and truly in so much discomfort. His staff from check in to check out to his MA and his manager, Emmy were amazing. Erica made me feel extremely comfortable and calm. There is nothing worse than having retention and having a catheter placed and Dr Mastandrea and Erica made it as smooth as they could and relieved me of a pain I couldn’t imagine having to go through even a second more. Thank you so much Dr Mastandrea!!
I was really happy with my experience here! I had intense pain and was diagnosed incorrectly prior coming to see Dr Mastandrea. They prescribed me medication that promptly had me feeling better again, and the staff was very helpful and down to earth. The Dr and staff also made me feel very comfortable during my appointment and made sure I fully understood my problem and what I would be taking to help !!
I had my first with Dr Mastandrea and was very pleased. Their check in process was smooth. I didn’t have to wait long but more importantly. Dr Frank was nice and his game plan was thorough. His office staff is great too. Thank you
