Dr Miller is a brilliant diagnostician.
I’ve gone to him for 25 years and everyone working their is family.
I’ve seen countless doctors, specialist, clinics, etc. But Dr. Miller was the first doctor I’ve ever seen who made me feel like he genuinely cared about my health. He explains every test, every result, every diagnosis and everything in between to me. He is aggressive about getting his patients the best care & results. I must also give notice to Davey for being such a beacon and being Dr. Miller’s right hand nurse. She really goes above and beyond to make sure I have what info I need when I leave.
Recently I must say…I really wish they would update their business hours. They do not answer the phones past 2:45/3pm. And it’s an answering service, not the office. You have to leave your info and hope you get a call back. Sometimes they don’t even return your call. It makes it quite difficult if you need to reschedule your appointment. Now they are only open Mondays, Wednesday & every other Friday from 9:30-3pm. But when you call in the mornings, the recording tells you different hours. This doesn’t leave you much flexibility. As a patient who gets unpredictably sick, I can’t control when I will be bedridden. Unfortunately, now they’ve made it extremely difficult to contact them to reschedule if needed. I’ve tried to call, with no avail.
Unable to get through to office number that was listed on their web page. Stated that the phone was no longer in working order. I tried their website but was told that this site was “dangerous to my phone” and i was unable to access anything from their office!
Dr. Miller and his staff are amazing. I have always had joint pain and was in a terrible accident which increased my joint pain in my neck and back to where it is completely unbearable at times. He respects my boundaries with pain medications and other medications as I am a young mother of 3, who is against surgery at this time. He has made it so my pain is tolerable and manageable without putting me on the highest doses of pain meds. He does not stop until he finds the correct diagnosis. His staff deals with very rude patients as I have witnessed on a daily basis and even through that they are always still kind and do their best to do what they can within their limits. I highly recommend Dr. Miller!
The staff was very unprofessional and blew a situation that could have been handled out of proportion. I will never go there again. My referral was sent to my primary dr. 1 day ahead of my appointment according to record. My phone records show 5 calls to them prior to my appointment, it was denied. Black and white rules. Somebody dropped the ball.
