Dr. Qilin and his staff are great! I had an appointment to establish and just had my first follow up. Both visits were very pleasant, no wait time to be seen, the staff is incredibly nice, easy scheduling, plenty of appointments available. My provider is very kind and listens to my concerns. I can say that I trust his knowledge and expertise already, I am glad I chose him and this office for my primary care!
I had my first visit today to establish care with this provider. Upon entering the building, my first thought was “the vibes are immaculate.” The administrative staff was extremely friendly even though I arrived before they opened at 8. She said “hi!” with a big smile and “I hope you haven’t been waiting in the cold too long!” as she unlocked the door. She immediately put on some music, told me I’d be seen soon, and made sure I was taken care of. As staff showed up, each of them gave me a smile upon entering. Also, the office is very tastefully decorated and open feeling. Upon getting called back for my appointment, I noticed a giant common room with table and loved how open it all felt. My initial screening was with a nursing student and she was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and overall just wonderful. Talking through my medical history was like chatting with a friend. The doctor came in and what struck me as interesting is that the nurse went over her summary in front of me, covering each section of what we discussed. She was meticulous and didn’t miss anything, though I would have had the space to jump in if she did. The doctor was also very kind and friendly, and talked through some of my preferences, plans, and current status. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and we chatted about the possibility of PPD and PPA, which I experienced after my last birth. He offered some suggestions of what he could help with if that did happen again, and ended the session saying that if I ever needed anything, they were there for me. I felt very welcomed and supported. Front desk staff were also able to pull my most recent Quest Diagnostics labs without a single bit of help from me. Overall super impressed. 10/10 do recommend.
Post Menopausal burnout sent me seeking Dr. Lu. He was highly recommended by a friend who had also gone through a similar period of life. Dr Lu is one of the few doctors that actually listens to you, is interested in what you have to say, and encourages you to ask more questions, while some doctors make you feel silly. As patients, many of us feel that our questions and opinions are not worth voicing. Dr Lu has an ease that makes you trust him. He and his staff are always warm, caring and patient. You don’t feel like you’re just a “file or a number”He takes his time and explains what he’s doing and why. I have also recommended Dr Lu to other friends who have also recommended their friends☺️. I feel cared for!!! And Always— Excellent service!!!
Excellent team at SQ2. Dr. Lu is patient and listens well. He then carefully explains his suggested course of action. Quick follow up and flexibility on schedule, as needed. The front office personnel are quite cordial and professional.
Dr. Lu is the most amazing listener. He’s never in a rush and pays great attention to my medical concerns. There are many! He’s probably the best Primary Care Doctor I can remember having in years. I’m grateful to have found him.
