Went there for a Diagnostic Mammogram and Ultrasound. After the mammogram, I was told that I didn’t need the ultrasound. They had no right to refuse a test that my doctor ordered. I scheduled the ultrasound somewhere else, and they contacted me after receiving the Diagnostic Mammogram pictures stating that it wasn’t complete and that they didn’t do a spot compression of the area of concern. Now I have to get a proper Diagnostic Mammogram done before I can get the ultrasound. I’d leave zero stars if I could. This place is the worst!
Completed check in and uploaded orders prior to appointment day as the website was quite threatening that you would not be seen unless you uploaded the order in advance. Still arrived 30 min ahead as instructed. Waiting room was standing room only with one staff member at the open desk. Everyone’s addresses were shared for all to hear as well as the names of the tests ordered. Fifteen minutes after my appointment time (45 minutes after arrival) I was told my appointment was cancelled due to the order using one word vs another. No offer to just pick up the phone and ask the doctor to fax again. I went to Tower for years with no issues. TGH is horrible and I will be switching.
NEVER COME HERE, if you care about your loved ones and patients… on EVERYTHING! DO NOT! COME HERE!
I’ve had countless issues with my loved one who has TWO serious cases of cancer! This office does NOT care, LOUSY, A COMPLETE MESS! From every step! Please read further!
They can’t understand how to read simple DOCTORS requests, can’t even complete complete scans ordered (which are extremely TIME sensitive AND crucial to treatment/diagnosis. Can’t find veins during labs (MANY bruises and literally GAVE up on taking blood correctly)!
From the front desk, nurses and even medical staff – the whole process for us has been absolutely disappointing. Even disregarding that, the cases we are dealing with are extremely serious and require attention to detail. Their screw ups ONLY make it worse when that’s the LAST thing we need. When all they need to do is THEIR JOB. This is insane!
My patient was supposed to receive full contrast for the scans… didn’t even get the full contrast. Come to find out they did NOT even perform ALL the scans ordered by the DOCTOR… after MANY complications in even scheduling the simple appointment in the first place?
This office will fail you, no quality control in every department.
The scheduling and organization is absolutely awful. Even after fighting to simply complete our doctors orders – they still were messing up our appointment times!
Healthcare workers should simply be able to understand the nature of how serious illnesses are. These people obviously don’t take anything seriously.
This is unethical and needs to be fixed. Please. Take my word. This office is a disaster.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. My pcm referred me to them for C/T spine imaging. I called, gave them all the referral info and scheduled my appointment. During scheduling the lady on the phone made no indication that I needed to bring a hardcopy of any paperwork with me to the appointment. She only said that I needed to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment time. Prior to my appointment I received multiple virtual appointment reminders that indicated that I have been scheduled for not just one but two separate appointments. This was extremely confusing. On arrival- there was a lady in the waiting room talking loudly on a cell phone complaining that TGH messed up her MRI appointment. I tried to check in for my appointment and the receptionist repeatedly asked for a diagnosis code. I told the receptionist that they should already have this code since it was required to schedule my appointment. He then told me that I needed to produce my referral paperwork and without it I could not be seen. I told him that my PCM was closed for the day and he offered no alternate solutions. I took the afternoon off for this appointment and require the results of the MRIs for two other appointments at the beginning of the year. This is 2024 folks- you should have verified the referral and insurance in the weeks preceding the appointment- not required a printed off sheet at check in. You could have emailed a document portal with instructions or even included a note in your many text reminders. You could have offered alternate solutions (email the paperwork post appointment or face getting billed directly). None of those very viable solutions were implemented or offered- just a complete lack of customer service . I’ll be asking for a referral elsewhere and verifying that Tricare wasn’t billed for any services not rendered.
Extremely disappointed! I came in to get a standard ekg before a procedure! Totally done incorrectly gave me the EkG without explanation in which told me I had severe heart conditions basically on the walking heart attack, but didn’t discuss anything. I had to get a second opinion, and I was told that this was done incorrectly. They were not placed right on my chest. I had to pay out-of-pocket for this and then was sent to Bill for an extra $300 for what….this place is a joke!
