I’ve tried a ton of meal services but nothing comes close to the amazing variety, great taste, and perfect macros as Nutrition Solutions. Just received my 5th delivery, and after consistently eating the meals, all my friends have commented that I’m looking slimmer! I seriously decline dinner invites because I look forward to eating my meal service instead, tastes so good and is so healthy! They have a super helpful concierge service that you can text with any questions, changes or comments. I can’t rave enough about Nutrition Solutions!
I am probably not the typical Nutrition Solutions customer, but I can confidently say I will be a long time fan! I love to cook, I prioritize healthy eating and exercise, I did not have aspirations to lose weight, but I knew I was going to have an EXTREMELY hectic work schedule in January, so I gave NS a try.
I had no intention of continuing to subscribe to meals once my schedule went back to normal, but they have exceeded my expectations in every way. The food taste and quality is excellent, I haven’t had a bad meal. And what’s in those donuts? They are like crack (but good for you!) More impressive is their customer service. I have contacted them about food allergies, snow storms, you name it and I am always impressed by their quick response times and helpful service. If you are on the fence I highly recommend you give them a try!

I’ve tried all the meal prep companies, that have failed me, on either culinary or logistics experiences. I’ve always fallen back to my own meal prep, until nutrition solutions. This company can’t be topped. The meals are so tasty and healthy, my wife and kids were eating all mine, so I had to get a 2nd plan!
