asked for help rescheduling / if anything could be done and was blocked
I’ve had an appointment for 2 weeks. All I needed was a glaze/tone. The day of my appointment, the stylist cancels two hours prior. Said she can fit me in at 8AM the next day knowing i’m leaving for a trip so I was understanding and appreciative. I just woke up this morning to a cancellation text. I have friends who are hair stylists in my hometown and have been to many salons and have never dealt with anything like this in my life. I had asked kindly if there was a chance she’d have to cancel to let me know so I can find something else, which is already hard considering it’s so last minute. I’m leaving for a trip in a few hours and have no option. I have never seen anything more unprofessional.
I recently had my hair done by Jenna and she is amazing! She is a very talented stylist – so knowledgeable, professional, passionate about what she does and she is a very kind person!! She went out of her way to get special hair products for me the next day. She went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend her and this salon! Thank you so much.

Was very nervous since I am quite used to barbers and their clipper happy tendencies. Got my hair cut with Vanessa, she was so helpful, totally went at the pace I felt comfortable and made sure I was okay with everything she did along the way. I definitely recommend anyone to Vanessa!!
