Since moving here 3 years ago I haven’t found a regular spot for nails so I’ve been trying all different places. Great gel manicure and great pricing. Definitely recommend this place. I’ll be back and be making this my regular spot
This was my first time coming to this salon, I came in for an Acrylic Gel Fill. When i discussed with the nail tech what I wanted done (pink and white ombré) not once was I ever told that I would be paying for a full set rather than a fill. I wasn’t told until i was paying that I was going to be charged for a full set which was $75, if I had know that prior I wouldn’t have proceeded with the service. I went in there expecting a $45 fill. So I was completely in shock when i had 3 or 4 workers speaking to me at once at the front after I voiced my confusion of the price and questioned why I was being charged that. Very unprofessional and not understanding of my side of the situation at all. Once I left the salon I looked at my nails and I had acrylic stuck to almost all of my fingers (see in photos). None of my cuticle were clipped either. I paid $75 to walk out with my hands looking like that?? A week later one nail fell off and the grow out has left the nails peeling up on half of them. Will not be returning.
I was very nervous as this would be the 1st visit after being with the same nail tech in NY for almost 25 years! I took time to read reviews that talked about Kevin’s expertise and decided to make an appointment. Kevin was able to put me at ease quickly and did an amazing job on my nails. He took the time to listen and adjusted accordingly. My nails look beautiful, and I made another appointment before I left! Thank you, Kevin, for making me feel comfortable and doing a wonderful job! Tammy did a great job on hands last night!!! I got there kind of late in the evening and she still took the time doing my nails. The owner made it a point to find the right combo of the gel powder that was used on my finger nails well. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! The salon is not even five minutes from my house, so that is even better. They are pricey but it is worth it!!!
