Amazing Lash Studio Carrollwood

Great job. I got a full set of volume lashes. The staff is quick, professional and detailed oriented. They listen well and come up with solutions to give you the look you want. The Carrollwood manager goes above and beyond to help with scheduling and check im and check out. The studio is extremely clean and welcoming.

I’m so upset, I’m literally shaking right now writing this. I have the membership and come often to see Rae. This isn’t the first time I have complained, she has scratched my inner lower eyelid before (it’s still there it’s just a dark line now) and I forgave her and kept coming back bc I passed it off as an unusual accident and didn’t think it’d happen again. Well I was WRONG. Today she literally left a large cut on the outer corners of both my eyes with the tweezers as she was unsticking my bottom lashes. There is no reason to ever be that rough or careless with someone’s eyes. I felt pain and my eyes immediately started tearing up but I thought it was from the lash glue or fumes so I brushed it off and didn’t immediately complain because I didn’t notice until I got home and could see the physical lacerations. They are pretty deep gashes as you can see from the pictures I took, and you can clearly see the dents on the corners of my eyes that were made by the tips of the tweezers. Deep indentations where the tweezers pinched me. It stings badly every time I blink because the cuts gets agitated SINCE ITS THE CORNERS OF MY EYES. I’m going to the doctor for treatment on Tuesday for the damage to my eyelids and check for corneal abrasion. As an optometry student myself, I’m begging you not to go here if you care about your eye health. The lashes might look nice but it’s not worth possible damage to your eyes, eyelids, or vision!!

I want to make clear that I STILL have not received my refund to this day, and it’s been 2 months since the incident. All emails get ignored.
