The salon is super clean. Rachel and Madison are excellent waxers. They even give advice for care at home – they truly care about their clients wax experience! Very highly recommend!!
I had a terrible experience with this business. Not only did they fail to send me an appointment reminder, but they also had the audacity to forge my signature for a no-show charge! I never received any notification of my appointment, and when I contacted them to explain, they insisted I was at fault. This is completely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I am always on time, and they were not even willing to compensate for this miscommunication. I will never be using their services again.
I recently moved back to Tampa & wasn’t sure where to go for my waxing needs. I’ve seen the wax bar on instagram a few times & decided to give it a try! I am so happy that I did. I absolutely love Rachel! She makes me feel comfortable, always professional, & super friendly. I adore the care & attention she gives her clients even when under pressure. Even though the establishment is a little bit of a ways from me I will happily take the drive because my experience is always pleasant!
