Do not recommend this place.
I went in for a spray tan and broke out horribly. I contacted customer service they continue to give me the run around about canceling the membership. They also refuse to help with being charged for a yearly membership and a monthly at the same time. I reached out to them before they pulled this past monthly payment and they still refuse to help. (This months has not been used like they claim.)
The girls at the front make the experience so enjoyable and exciting to come daily to look beautifully tan and the process is quick! I never have any issues! I always feel welcomed and leave feeling beautiful! So amazing!
Everyone that works at this location is incredibly nice and friendly. It’s very clean and well maintained. I tried the new Temple Terrace location and it was terrible! Wesley Chapel is the best!
I’ve been going to this establishment for five years. From Tampa to Westley Chapel and again in five days. Always pleased. Very Polite, very reasonable..
