My 3rd visit to Aveda Institute since moving to Florida in May.
Again I received an amazing service ! Madelyn was skilled and precise. Her instructor was hands on! I Have ALOT of very wavy hair. I like to dry it sometimes but love my air dry curls too.
I Definitely will return.

The first time I went here I got a nice haircut. The second time, and now the third / final time I stopped on my way home because they had a sign out front it suggested they are looking for new victims and specifically said, “Walk-ins welcome!” I guess they are looking for a different demographic or something because I was turned away by the receptionist who said it’s an “appointment only” op. I’m sure they are providing great service for somebody but this stretch of road is bad enough if you’re driving by don’t believe the hype.
Stopped by on vacation for a conditioning treatment wash and style. When the service was finished I couldnt even run my fingers through my hair. Pretty sure clarifying shampoo is what was actually used. Making this guess a stylist myself.
Hair feels like dried hay. Tons of breakage.
My hair was in amazing shape prior too. Wish I would have passed on by! Photos are of hair after we walked out of the building.
Normally I really enjoy my facials here but my last one was terrible. The girl was so nice but my skin was dry and tight 1 hr later and I think it was because they didn’t give her enough product to use on my face. Also, it just felt like there was no effort or training behind the technique, barely any pressure… I don’t know if felt like I got ripped off alittle bit because I know how my other 90 min facials were in the past. I’d be hesitant to rebook.
My wife and I both went here and got our hair done. I was extremely happy with the quality and care taken with my hair. The color and detail taken on my wife’s hair looked amazing. They matched exactly what was needed. Both Katie and Jessica did a terrific job on our hair! Thank you and highly recommended!
