We used to take our beloved cat Luna to a country cat house for her monthly grooming appointments. Patty and team always took great care of her, we will not hesitate going back if we get another cat in the future, they are really caring and take excellent care of every cat like if it was their own. I highly recommend a country cat house, they are the best, I would not take my cat anywhere else.
A Country Cat House Tampa was such a blessing while I was away for a couple of weeks. They came highly recommended by my neighbor for how wonderful her and her kitties experience was. It was a very affordable option and they took such good care of my kitty. Sending pictures almost daily to ease my worry of being away from my girl. I opted for the TV suite but there is also a view of the outside for them as well. The cages they are in give the cats ample room to walk, lay, and sit around. I will continue to use them for as long as I live in the area.
We took our 3 cats here recently when we went on vacation. This place is fabulous! Our girls got to stay together (which is important to me), had a 3 level condo where one level gave them a view of live fish in their fish tank and another gave them a view of lizards, birds, squirrels and other outside animals in the country. The ladies took wonderful care of our fur babies, sent us photos and text messages and really made me feel at ease leaving my kids behind. AND they got baths before we picked them up! I highly recommend A Country Cat House! I only wish they had webcams so I could log in any time I wanted!
I’ve been taking my cat Buddy to A Country Cat House whenever I needed to travel since he was a kitten (he’s 7 now), and Champ before him stayed there as well. I highly recommend it.
The staff, and Patty in particular, is very friendly, and I know Buddy is well cared for while I’m away. I usually call a couple of times during my trips, and Patty always gives me an update on how Buddy is doing. Buddy gets play/cuddle time there, as do the other cats, as they let them out individually throughout the day for some play and petting. I often have Buddy’s nails trimmed while he is there.
The building is out in the country, and there are plenty of little animals running around from time to time that Buddy gets to see through the window. Once you leave Boyette road to turn into the property, there is a one-lane dirt road surrounded by long fences on either side, so be sure to check before proceeding to make sure someone isn’t coming the other way.
Due to COVID concerns, the staff now comes out to your vehicle to pick up your cat(s), and to return them to you when you’re there to pick up.
