Very pleased with Tulip Cremation. Purchased a package for my husband when he was diagnosed with dementia. They were extremely efficient when he passed, responding immediately when I called to say he had passed away. I have since ordered a cremation package for myself – tho in excellent health. I have the peace of mind, knowing that my family will know exactly what to do when I pass. I highly recommend them.
I worked with Madison after my brother passed and despite such awful circumstances, she made the entire experience so easy for me. She was so kind and helpful and kept me informed every step of the process, even calling after delivery to confirm received . I hope I am never in the situation again, but if I am, THIS is the company and lady I will call.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Tulip Cremation. Leonardo was a wonderful representative who walked me through the entire process. If I didn’t understand something, he told the time to explain everything is layman’s terms. I would highly recommend this company. And ask them about Parting Stones.
The only problem which wasn’t with Tulip was it took the County over a month to record the death.
Tulip helped make this difficult time a little easier to manage. The staff was courteous and professional. While a technology glitch in our state caused some delays in the process, Tulip kept me apprised of the progress.
Most of the communication with this company were meant to mislead me about the cremation of my son’s remains. They were not pick up on the day I was told. When questioned the contact person said there had been a delay. She did not explain at the time. Later she reported that the location was lacking a Funeral Director. I was then given a date and time for the cremation, during which time I devoted my thoughts to my son. When I questioned when the death certificates would sent, I found out that the cremation was delayed by 4 days without me being notified. When I checked with the Vital Records in his county I was informed that the death certificates were ordered and sent from a distant county. I assume that means my son was shipped somewhere else in the state for cremation. The whole process was very stressful. The company did provide a small rebate but has not followed up with the ME to get the final certificates which were pending a definitive cause of death. I had to have my lawyer get the needed final certificates and FedEx to me so I could proceed with estate settlement paperwork. I have heard nothing from Tulip except a request for a rating. My son’s cremation was completely mishandled. While the contact person was probably doing her best, the company is clearly incompetent and caused me additional heartache.
