Brought my old NY Honda in due to noise that turned out to be my rear struts and stabilizer. Jeff advised against repairing due to the high cost of the repair relative to value of car. Also advised that it appeared other issues were developing that would ultimately add additional cost. If you appreciate honesty and integrity over someone just trying to get work, then you can’t go wrong with Jeff and Westshore Auto.

Built their business on european cars which they no longer seem willing to work on, if it’s actually a European car. Only interested in attempting to help after negative review posted. Maybe they’ll do a good job on your car, who knows. It would be convenient for me to let them work on my car but according to the person who answers their phone, who returned my call after speaking with the owner, I guess it’s too much of a hassle for them to work on legitemately European cars. Probably better that a shop with this attitude doesn’t lazily work on these cars anyway. Maybe a new shop will open soon that specializes in the cars they present themselves as specializing in. To me, when businesses are only interested in serving customers after it has potential to negatively affect their profits, thats a red flag. Ironically, the places that don’t present themselves as European specialists are more happy, capable, and willing to work on my imported car.

Jeff was great! I am new to the area and he went above and beyond to provide excellent BMW and local knowledge that helped me make decisions. It is nice to know I have a place to take my BMW for years to come!
