Today, Fred and Kris came out to wash my ’22 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited and boy did they deliver. Prior to starting, Fred took the time to review exactly what they would do to the bike. The level of detail they put in was phenomenal. The paint came alive and the black trim really popped. Fred took the time to explain the do’s and don’ts of how to care for my bike. If you own a Harley, these are the guys you want. They know what sorts of chemicals to use and can provide tips on which products to use in-between washes. Highly recommended!
I had some water damage rugs were very wet, I also wanted the interior completely cleaned top to bottom. I hired Fred because he was the most expensive in the book, so my expectations was extremely high for him. This is an older car with cloth interior one owner non smoker low Miles. I was working on line that day and my work was consuming my attention. Every time Fred emptied his wet vac he out knock on my door to show me how dirty the water was , and telling me that usually he would charge extra but …when Freddy was finished I was testing 10 people on line, testing to renew there teaches certificate, my fault but my attention was on my students online. Quickly payed him cash so I could get back to my work. When I finished testing I checked out his work, the rugs were still wet Fred’s reply was to buy a fan and keep the doors open. He gave the interior a light wiping all over. He never shampooed the back seats , never touched the inside roof . Never wiped down the door jams. Finally when I brought this to Fred’s attention his answer “well it’s an old car” and everything that you mentioned will be extra. Was very unhappy as a well paying customer he never offered to make it right. Believe he somewhat to advantage of a senior and that my intention wasn’t 100% there. Just beware.
I just wanted to add to my revenue that I have a wet vac , the same as Fred’s I could have used my wet vac but I was convinced he had special machines that would get the job done to my satisfaction, when the job was done my rugs was still wet, when I brought this to Fred’s attention his reply was “ keep the doors and windows open” and to purchase a fan at Home Depot and keep the fan on.
Just keeping in mind readers the final cost that I paid was $ 770.00 dollars.
Just wanted to get the whole story out there. That it I have no more time to put into this review.. yes that’s right $770.00 and the rugs were still wet when done.
