Nothing worse than being on the road in a broken car after long day of work. Thank God for this amazing team, especially Brad (#hero) to come to rescue. Brad was extremely professional, considerate and flexible. He attempted to help get the car going before towing it. I appreciate the prompt arrival (less than 15 minutes) and the amazing service. A few months ago I had an issue where my Jeep needed to have the rear differential rebuilt and I needed to get it toweed out to Clearwater cause it just wasn’t going to be drivevable from Lutz. I called and spoke to Zack who gave me a fair price and was even willing to set up an exact time for pickup the following week. Long story short that got delayed cause the vehicle needed other repairs at my mechanic first. Unfortunately, when it was finally time for a tow I hired another company that let’s just say were in the opposite side of the spectrum cause I misplaced Tow Bros name and number. Thankfully, I canceled that company and when I called back Zack(sorry if spelling it wrong) remembered me and was able to make things happen same day and within a reasonable time frame. Highly recommended. Now, this review is overdue as I told Zack I would leave this but honestly slipped my mind. Appreciate you!!
tow bros is amazing, Brad was the one that helped me out with towing my car and he gave me advice on how to fix my issues and overall was a funny and nice dude, 10/10 would use again and but ask for Brad he’s great
Truck died. Called our insurance company. Tampa Tow Bros was the company who got the service ticket. Was told it would be there in 33 minutes. An hour later, it said 32 minutes. Husband calls the company. The guy who answers told him “oh yeah. I don’t have anyone, so we’re not coming. I tried calling you insurance company, but they didn’t answer. If you could call them, that would be great.”
Um, no. That’s not how it works. We had to cancel it and start the whole process over.
