Precision Car Audio And Window Tint

Took my Fiat to get tinted yesterday. Asked for an ETA and was told in the afternoon and I would get a call… never did. Left it at 9am I called at 5:30 and was told my vehicle was still being worked on but to go. Get there, had to wait 30 min. When he brought the car it sounded weird. I brushed it off thinking maybe it was parked all day. I leave with my car and noticed it was stuck in 2nd shift. Got home turned off the car and it wouldn’t turn back on. Well come to find out, whoever put the seat back had disconnected a sensor and got the shift stuck. Anyway, fixed that last night. Now I try to put some bags in the back seat and I can’t open my rear passenger door. Guess what? They didn’t put my door back together. Honestly I don’t know what they were doing last night, or maybe cause my car is on the older side but I will definitely never go back here again.

Update: Got a call from a PCA employee. He calls to say he would like to resolve the issue they didn’t create. He says that he spoke to his installer and supposedly they didn’t take the door panel off. So basically not taking accountability. I then proceed to tell him that if that would have been as he says how did not call me if the door didn’t open but the called me for my lock? Then to defend the business, he tells me that my Fiat has seen better days (so rude) and of course it has, before I took it there. So now my question is (although I told home before putting the tints that I was customizing the car) did y’all mess up my car and waited until 5:30 to get the car started because it’s has some dents and it’s q 2014? Then he tells me that the car was messed up because when he drove it to take it to me, when he turned the steering wheel a lite would also turn on to the direction the at was turning… It’s a Fiat they all have those fog lights that indicate you’re turning, you could’ve just said that in your 25 years in your career y’all has never had a Fiat b/c everyone that has had one or work on them knows this, so NO that was NOT my car acting up it’s part of the functions of the car. The employer was extremely rude during the call. For anyone that has an older car, I don’t recommend you taking it here because they just make fun of older cars and then down talk you. The pictures I’ve uploaded now show the dents he said that the car had seen better days.

I’ll post a video later showing the bottom lights. Maybe this way the employee gets educated a bit. Oh and no, I was not rude at any point during the call. I did even let him know I was ending the call because he was rude and it was going nowhere. The call is recorded.

CJ was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went over all of the tint options with me. Went into full detail the difference between all of them so I could make an educated decision. Job was completed fast and they an excellent job. Waiting area was very comfortable unlike most car shops. I will definitely be bringing my wife’s car here to get done. This place is first class!
