Love authentic Thai food at Koon Thai, the ingredients are so fresh and good quality. Drinks are phenomenal; I had butterfly pea iced tea and it was so refreshed. My daughter likes bubble tea drink so much and we found out they uses organic milk for the main ingredient that even more impressed. Over all I would definitely come back for more.
We had a long layover at Orlando, so we stopped by this place for dinner; it took us less than 10 minutes to reach here. It’s a cozy place , smelled good. We took 3 flavors curry and fried rice. That curry was delicious and tasted unique. The fried rice was good too. They served quickly, and we took a to-go item for our next flight.
If you enjoy authentic Thai food then you have to pay a visit to Koon Thai. Food was excellent and the decor is very pleasing. I ordered Thai pepper garlic w/shrimp and hubby had the spicy basil Thai fried rice. Also enjoyed the crispy spring rolls, karb rangoons and Thai iced tea. I will say all the flavors were fresh and hit all the right notes. We will definitely be back soon.
Oh and I Jane to mention I love the menu boards the display all the menu items. Genius!
It was my partner’s birthday yesterday and he loves Thai food. It was my first time trying Thai food and what an awesome experience! There was a gentleman in the front and I didn’t quite catch his name but he was very welcoming and he took his time to explain the menu to us . I really appreciated him taking his time explaining to me as a newcomer. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making my partner’s birthday special.
It took a long time to prepare our order. We place the order online and it says it will be ready in 20 minutes. When we got there 25 minutes later they hadn’t even started to cook the food yet. They had a couple of tables come in, I think they were working on those dishes first.
That said, the boss lady was nice and apologetic. We ordered five different dishes . Penang curry, pad Thai, garlic fried rice , drunken noodles and special noodles. Tom yum soup was good too. The food over all was very good. I still give them five stars.
