I recently had the pleasure of working with Dylan from 3-D Carpet Cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed! He called me upon arrival to confirm exactly what needed cleaning, and we ended up adding an area rug and ottoman to the list. As we use this unit as a furnished rental, it was essential to have the furniture and rug looking their best. Dylan’s attention to detail was remarkable, and everything came out amazing! He was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate the top-notch cleaning service provided and will definitely be using 3D again!. From the initial call with Rob (owner) I felt very good about this company. He answered all of my questions and really took time to understand exactly what I was needing done. Brad came out to do a steam clean of our tile floors and grout on 3.1.25. He showed up on time and did an evaluation of our floors. He took time to explain the process and went over additional areas of concern we brought up. He answered all of our questions and gave us on the spot quotes. Brad was very thorough and professional throughout the entire visit. My wife and I both felt that he has a sense of pride in his work. At the end of the cleaning, he showed us before and after pictures and recommended some better cleaning product than we had been using. This was not an additional sales pitch as it can be picked up at local stores. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the company as a whole!
This company and the technician Brad that came out was a very pleasant experience as a whole. From setting the appointment up to meeting the technician , All the way to the end result, I am 100% satisfied!. We have a home that was built in 1989. That was well taken care of but white tile and light colored. Grout will get dark over years no matter what you do. Brad came out and did such an amazing job. The tile looks like it was just put in yesterday. I wish I had before and after pictures but when I tell you, I was pleasantly surprised at just how clean Brad was able to get our tile.
He did a great job of explaining everything and thoroughly walking through the property to make sure to address everything while he was here. He pointed things out that we had not noticed and was able to take care of them on site. I definitely recommend this company for Tile and carpet cleaning. He also went above and beyond and saw a small patch of carpet that needed to be cleaned and took care of it for us. Thank you again, Brad! You did an amazing job!
