I would absolutely look elsewhere. They damaged my cabinet, my closet door, and dryer vent, which were all very preventable.
They were very sloppy with my things. For example, they lost a piece to my ice maker, I found a piece to of my kitchen drain across the kitchen, and a curtain bracket is missing.
I wouldn’t expect things to be perfect, but this is unacceptable.
WOW is all I can say. Fabian and his team have completely blown us away. Not only were they FAST to respond and send someone out to help with our flood and water damage, but they were kind, professional and very honest. What more could I ask for when I was stressed more than I had ever been about my home?! I asked Fabian and his team very direct questions and got honest answers and great professional and expert guidance. I felt completely taken care of and can now sleep with ease knowing my home is mold and water damage free. 5 STARS FOR 911 RESTORATION!!!!
Lucas absolutely saved us! We had a major leak causing damage behind our refrigerator. We called Saturday night and he came out right away to help us. Got our leak identified, took out the soggy drywall, and gave us equipment to dry the whole area so it was ready for the plumber. He checked in on us 3 times at our house to make sure things were dry and that our house was ok (For no extra charge!!!) I would reccomend this service to other home owners and will have them saved for future emergencies.
I rarely write reviews but I had to acknowledge our positive experience working with Fabian. My wife and I were out of state and dealing with water damage to our home. Fabian provided updates and maintained consistent communication with us via telephone, text and email. He honestly answered all of our questions and charged us a very fair price for his services. Fabian could have tried to take advantage of us given our situation but unlike other companies, he showed his professional integrity and charged us a fair price for the necessary work. I don’t trust many contractors but he earned our trust and respect. He’ll be the first person we call if needed in the future. I fully recommend this company!
The team for the company was on time, professional and caring. Looked over the problems that I have and gave me a honest decision about my concerns, with my house. Would suggest to anyone to give them a chance on your project, for a true point of view. Glad I called!
