I’ve only had great experiences. Very quick and friendly staff. No damage to my car or unexplained mileage like I see some older reviews say. My car was actually waiting up front when I arrived back from the shuttle. I have had no issues with them and I do recommend using them.
Coming from NY and using SNAP in Newark worked for us for years tried to find a SNAP in Tampa Bay. Found A-1 express airport parking. These people have their act together. All aspects from parking our vehicle , getting ride to the drop off location. Theirs are truly 24 hours service. They picked us up at the pick up location was spot on. Yes the get 5 Stars from us . They advertise that they take you to the terminal. That is not true. They take you and pick you up at the tram which is a stop past the economy parking. They need to make it clear on the website that they drop you off at the tram and not the terminal. Terrible service I will never use them again. I use offsite parking at many other airports and they take you directly to departures. If I would have known that they are dropping me off to get the tram i would have never used the service. So to others do not be mislead they take you to the TRAM.
This is a very organized and friendly operation. I appreciate the valet drop off, and when you return, your car is waiting for you at the front door… plus the festive interior decor & Hawaiian shirts- the staff wear is super fun 🙂

I would like to thank my driver, the person behind the desk, and the driver who bought my phone. I was running late and I realized as I got on the shuttle I forgot my phone. My driver immediately called the desk…. Explained my situation and within 10 mins I had my phone in hand.
I have never seen such great service and coordinated effort. I was the last one to board…. But I made my flight
