Wonderful experience! I had to change pick up time and Pedro was so accommodating, flexible and easy to work with. His driver was super professional and friendly. My daughter – who was traveling alone – felt safe, comfortable and relaxed! Would DEFINITELY recommend and use them again!!
What a great experience! Our driver Monica was so kind and helpful, she was prompt, courteous and on-time. On the way home, she was kind enough to provide a stepping stool for my husband, who had trouble getting into the car. We will certainly use your service again.
I called Pedro late in the evening the day before I was wanting transportation from a concert at Raymond James. Pedro was so accommodating, even with last minute – he told me not to worry, he will make it happen.
Pedro arrived on time and couldn’t have been nicer. He dropped myself and my wife off at our hotel around midnight, then we realized she left some of her belongings in his car. I called and explained the situation, asked if I could pick up her things but he insisted he would drop the items off at the hotel. Pedro showed up about fifteen minutes after I called. I was so amazed how gracious he was and left with a very positive experience.
Thanks again Pedro, I really appreciate what you did for myself and my wife. I’ll be calling you back once I make it get back to Tampa for an event!!!!
