Bryan O. And D’Angelo R.are to be commended for excellent work and professional attitude. I am impressed. They both worked great together as team too. Answered every question and have good knowledge of their work. I will definitely use Acree Plumbing if I need plumbing service again. I will recommend your company in the future.
Extremely pleased with the service especially with the supervisor who made sure the plumbing issue was resolved and fairly priced. Everything was clearly explained and shown to me. I will definitely use them again
Bryan Shanklin did a great job very professional and polite ! Hard worker!
I would like to also commend Jermaine Smith who has been my life line through this entire process for over a month. In constant contact providing updates, correctly diagnosed the plumbing issues that were a nightmare after the county I live in damaged them Jermaine Smith is a true gem. Super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during this very difficult time ! Thank you!!
Let’s just say we have a working unit. The technicians are all wonderful and only do what is told. I will say that the sale of the unit is not what you would expect. Only a sales tactic to make money for them. Not once were we told this new unit being a side unit would not fit where our old AC unit was. We did ask. We did not buy a bigger ton. It is the same. The day of install we have part of our pool deck ripped up so it could sit out further from the wall. Furthermore it is no longer flush with the home. We got over that because what, it is done. What can you do. Then, we fail inspection because the fema blocks it sits on had holes going through the bottom. They just came out today to “fix” the failed inspection and we have a brace now to our home. It had to be braced because it does not fit mesh with the home any longer. Apparently it needed to be moved further away from the screen as well. The only way to avoid the brace would be to rip up more deck and It has to sit out farther from the home because the panel used to work on it is facing our screened porch. How was that not noted during the sale? The slab that was originally there would now fit and look nicer than what we have behind the unit. But they took the old slab away. Be very specific when asking about a unit from this company. They come out and take measurements and make it sound perfect. Clearly, they do not care about anything but the sale of the new unit which did cost us 16,000 in total. The pic is of the new unit. I did not know I needed before and after pics to show the way the old one fit perfectly. The concrete blocks in between the two top slabs under our AC unit is the fix for the failed inspection of airway. There used to be only 2 bricks. Looks lovely right? And now we have a brace from our home to the unit. I have attached our view when we sit out with friends around our pool in the summer. For anyone that likes things symmetrical…this is not for you. I say again…don’t trust the “experts”. Get all specs and measure yourself.
Paid for a drain cleaning. Technician Alex Cunningham came out ran 50 ft of auger which partially cleared the line. Two hours later my wife goes to do dishes and the sink backs up. I call the office to advise them that the sink line was not cleared properly. They proceed to schedule an appointment for the next day. I set the appointment for 8am. At 8am I receive a text that the tech is on his way he shows up at 9:50am. As I let him in the yard he tells me that the office wants to charge me again. I explain to Alex that I was never advised of being recharged for a job that wasn’t done correctly. I call the office to find out why they are attempting to charge me for a job that wasn’t done correctly. They begin to explain that drain cleaning isn’t guaranteed or warranted. For a company that says it prides its self on 100% customer satisfaction rate I surely am not the 100% satisfied I am 0% satisfied if I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PLUMBING ISSUES.
We purchased this 16,000 dollar unit at the end July 2024. At time of the sale, we were told to pay 1/2 up front, then the remaining balance when COMPLETED!
They pulled a permit however, we never had our final inspection. The unit worked but still needed heat trip to be installed then on September 26, 2024 when Hurricane Helene made landfall. Still no final inspection had been made. So our new unit was destroyed because it was not elevated up to FEMA code. Several months after the hurricane a technician came out to look at the unit. Management decided to replace the entire unit because the first one was not up to code.
Unit #2- Technician installed it correctly and up to code the second time. The new unit AC has never worked still no final inspection has been made! My husband called repeatly because the unit will not come on, no air, no heat. He was told they will not come to look at the unit until the final balance is paid. Again, we were told it was due after completion and satisfied. The job is not complete! We are still due the final inspection!
However during this process they came to install 2 hot water heaters, whole house water system and we paid in full for those.
