Christmas Eve and I had to get a replacement battery for my mother’s car. Her battery was slowly declining, it wouldn’t hold a charge for long. I didn’t want her to worry every time she went out, so I hit up Advance Auto Parts website and they said they had the right battery and it would be ready in less than 30min. As soon as I pulled up Gabe was there helping out another customer with the same issue. Great service inside, they had my order and wheeled out my battery and it was switched out in 5min. Excellent service, thanks guys.
I hit the jackpot! Usually, the auto parts workers today are clueless. However, Tattooed Johnny Knoxville at the counter provided exactly what I needed and got me out quickly. Thanks, Johnny, I’ll return!
