The product seems fine, but there was no estimated shipping time. Also, as soon as I ordered the part, I requested that the shipping address be changed. A company representative stated that they changed the address on file, but the item still arrived to the original (and incorrect) address.
Would give a higher rating if possible. I’ve been ordering from Allmag for a couple years now. Hands down THE BEST PLACE to get any used and new Mini parts. From a full hood to a small electronic piece I needed, they always have it and at a reasonable price too. They even include all the part numbers associated so you know you’re not ordering the wrong thing. Their shipping process is also INSANELY good too. The customer service is also tip top!! Giovanni gave me a shout regarding a shipping issue and was extremely helpful in looking at reasonable alternatives to resolve it! I will continue to keep coming back!!
I can’t say enough good things about AllMag Auto Parts in Tampa. I was on a seemingly impossible hunt for a specific part for my 2005 Mini Cooper—an M10 x 35mm bolt with a 1.5mm thread pitch. I searched everywhere: Facebook Marketplace, auto parts stores, dealerships, Lowe’s, Home Depot—you name it. Nothing.
This shop was my last hope, and they absolutely came through. Someone on Facebook Marketplace recommended them, saying they would have the part, and they sure did. Not only that, but the service was beyond exceptional. The supervisor (I believe his name was Ben, but I’m not 100% sure—tall, slim build) provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was incredibly helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable.
Because of this experience, I won’t go anywhere else for Mini Cooper parts. If you’re looking for rare or hard-to-find components, AllMag Auto Parts is the place to go. Highly recommended!
