I’ve hired several plumbers over the last 15 years and was not completely satisfied with many of them until I contacted Alvarez Plumbing & AC. Jerod was my technician and explained everything thoroughly to repair my on/off water handle in my shower and gave me what the cost would be upfront. He also gave me an estimated cost for installing two sinks that seemed reasonable. I’m really happy I called them and highly recommend their service. They were very professional and honest.
Hadn’t hired a plumber in quite some time, decided to contact Alvarez Plumbing due to a clogged toilet. It was almost 8 pm when the technician arrived but he was very informative and pleasant as he walked us through what he had to do. Kudos to Joseph Velez. He made a trying situation for my father who has had three strokes and has Dementia a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Joseph for taking care of my father’s plumbing situation.
