I recently had to replace my entire windshield due to a nasty crack, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from American Glass, specifically technician Lloyd Williams. From the initial phone call to the finished job, the experience was top-notch. Lloyd was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He clearly explained the replacement process and answered all my questions patiently. The installation was quick and flawless, and the new windshield looks perfect. Lloyd even took the time to explain the proper care for my new windshield. The price was competitive, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend American Glass and Lloyd Williams for any windshield replacement needs. Five stars!
This was the easiest thing in the world to do. They came to my work. Called me before and when he arrived. Was very professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend this company to anyone I know.
I totally recommend this company for any windshield glass replacement needs. They’re very professional and very prompt to do their job. They actually come at the time they say they are and they’re very kind and friendly. I wanna send props to Sean for doing an excellent job on my vehicle.
It has been a month since I’ve been referred to them through my dealership. Overall they’ve been very helpful. At first when they replaced the windshield (through insurance), everything was great until I noticed a defect that came post installation. The support I got in being able to get it replaced (done through warranty) was stellar as the people assisting me were professional and made sure to help me resolve the issue in a timely manner, keeping me informed on the status of the glass arriving and more so calling me to inform me about any other news. While it did take almost a month to get it, I am very glad that they were going above and beyond for my situation. I would highly recommend them as there professional attitudes and service was nothing but excellent.
Great experience. Easy as could be. Recommend by the Ford dealership in Scottsdale, AZ. as I dropped off my car for service. The tech took care of everything including contacting my insurance company. They gave me a date and came to my home and did the repair. I couldn’t be happier.
