This office staff are so helpful and friendly ! One of most effective and efficient staffsi I’ve encountered .Dr. Martino is so pleasant and detailed in her evaluation. She is very informative and detailed , and you leave knowing you’re in great hands. Thank you guys for a great experience !!!
Appointment was late in the afternoon but I was seen immediately for my test and then by Dr. Martino. Exam was quick but thorough. My only problem was getting to the Tampa office. That was a one time event because of scheduling issues. Overall, the experience was great.
I was referred to Dr Martino for my acute Glaucoma. I’m very happy with my first visit. The staff that performed diagnostic tests were professional and caring. Looking forward to have implant surgery soon to keep vision. Thank you Dr Martino
Outstanding patient care! They worked so hard to be sure they accepted my insurance. I am treated with respect and Dr Martino is a professional doctor/surgeon who saved the tube in my left eye. Highly recommend.
Dr. Martino and Sydney were amazing!! They are highly skilled, professional, and kind.
I am a recently retired nursing professor – so I likely have more questions than many. They made sure all my questions were answered, until I thoroughly understood the situation.
Also, I have been dealing with multiple and severe issues with my glaucoma since 2011. At two points I even temporarily lost my vision and at one point permanently lost a bit of central vision in one eye. I have had many procedures, surgeries, complications and repairs since this all started.
My most recent surgery up north was 4 months ago. It was to repair a leaking “flap door” to control fluid levels. There were some complications and fragile tissue that shredded.
I have emotionally held-it-together for 13 years up north, even though I have been extremely scared – because I know everyone at the office up north very well and wanted to be a “good patient”.
While in the office – I received a reading that would have been bad news and I just started crying (the first time in 11 years, even though I felt like crying at a few other points). Dr. Martino and Sydney were EXTREMELY kind and provided a new reading and in-depth explanation to give me much hope for the future.
I will forever be grateful to this team and hope they realize how blessed I was to have them as a new team caring for me during the most medically vulnerable day of my life.
