I wish I wouldn’t need to use their service at all…but I would recommend them to anyone who find problems with their appliances. The customer service people are always very nice over the phone. The technicians are always punctual and do their job correctly and quickly. From the beginning to the end, everyone is helpful.
Jason was on time (actually called to come earlier). Was very personable. Customer service with initial call was very accommodating and professional. My dishwasher was cutting off and not draining. Repaired and working as it should. Highly recommend this company.
Shannon’s customer service and common sense assistance was above and beyond! I called about a dryer repair, and by asking me a few questions, she helped me realize that I needed a different company. However, I now know the appliance repair company I’ll go to first, should I ever need to.
Specialist was very nice. However- the pricing is absurd. It was $315 to replace a heating element on my dryer with the $100 credit. This part is $26 online and takes about 10/15 mins to complete the repair. I wouldn’t recommend for the pricing. I still paid the $100 for him to come out and tell me what was wrong. After I complete this myself the whole repair will cost me 1/2 the price of what I was quoted.
EDIT: to the response. The part is $39.50 on Amazon from the SAMSUNG store. This means we would have been paying $376 for installation and labor… WITHOUT a credit for the service fee.
I’ve been using Appliance Repair Specialists for more than 15 years. Their customer service department, especially Shannon, go above and beyond. I will continue relying on there technicians’ expertise and quality work for as long as I live in the Tampa Bay Area.
