You got 4 stars because of the excellent work done by your tech, Dennis. He was everything I would hope for. Kudos to him but I’m still very unsatisfied with your company as a whole. Scam entrapment methods to get people to sign up and a scam worthy contract you have to pay $199 to get out of. It’s a shame you do business this way because the product works pretty well, pet friendly and plant based. Yet I can’t wait to be out of this contract never to return.
Pros: The person who we initially scheduled with was kind and we were able to have a same-day appointment which was unexpected and a nice bonus
Reason for 1 star review: when it was time for our next appointment no one showed up. I got a text that someone tried to come by and no one answered the door (my husband and I were home all day with two dogs who would have barked and a video doorbell that showed no one arrived). Giving the benefit of the doubt (maybe they went to the wrong house) I reached out to customer service and after a bit of back and forth they admitted that actually they never sent a technician and wouldn’t be able to send one at all that day. So now I’m frustrated not only because my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge, but also because they tried to lie to me about it (I guess hoping I wasn’t home to know?). I decided to cancel rather than reschedule because I don’t want to deal with an unreliable service, and they proceeded to charge a $200 “cancellation fee”
Really all around bad business and now worth the hassle when there are other companies offering better and more reliable service for less.
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED DO NOT CONTRACT THEM. This company promised me a 40-60 min comprehensive inspection of my home as well as a thorough spraying and instead came into my home and sprayed insect killer in my drain and left 5 mins later for 300 dollars. Horrible customer service, no refund, terrible business do not support this company
Never on time, Techs never seem to understand the assignment, Techs dont seem to be trained in any way and none of them did the same thing when they came. Still had bug issues that were not resolved. No response from anyone with authority. Requested a manager call me back about the multiple reschedules and inadequate communication and told them to pause service until I speak to a manager. No calls no emails no texts, and then try to collect payment…… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if I could give them 0 stars i would!
They are very deceptive in their fees and billing practices. 2 young guys came to my door and made the deal sound great, didn’t explain all the additional fees and the service contract. They showed up only 1 more time but continued to billed me for 4 more months. When I called to complain they wouldn’t help and said that is how their service works. We paid almost $500 and they only came out 2 times for about 20 minutes to spray around the yard. They also tried to charge me a $198 cancellation fee. I’ve already filed a complaint with BBB and the Florida Attorney General and am considering filing a lawsuit if my BBB complaint isn’t resolved.
