Helped both of my parents with their Resident Cards and citizenship status. Forever will be thankful for all she has done.
Excellent service assisting my husband with the immigration process from start to finish in 3 years. From resident to us citizen, joined us every step of the way and was always very responsive. However, we also were very timely in providing all documents and forms in a timely manner. The client owns just as much of the experience and outcome, the attorney is a legal advisor and guide, but you still have to do the work and PREPARE! WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE, AND SUPPORT. AT THE END MY HUSBAND ACHIEVED CITIZENSHIP AND THAT WAS THE ULTIMATE GOAL. Ardila was there every step of the way, we paid extra for her to also attend all interviews in person with us at USCIS. There is something to be said about having your lawyer present at the meetings. It’s raises the accountability and professionalism of the immigration officers. We highly recommend Ardila, and her team!
Lawyers have the right to accept or reject cases. However, clients should be told clearly and professionally about that.
This attorney helped me with my first case years ago.
On my second case, while I was locked inside ICE detention center, I called her in order to represent me and to get me out of there, She agreed. But unfortunately, she stopped answering phone calls from me and my friends. She has been nothing but UNPROFESSIONAL using runaway tactics like a little Fox.
She left me there for MONTHS. Hoping she will start doing something about my case.
I had to hire a different attorney who did a great job and released me for that detention center.
I’m still here in the US having a good business and can hire the best attorney in town to sue her and her office. (Possibly not going to do that)
But my main question is: WHY DON’T BE CELAR AND HONEST WITH YOUR CLIENTS ?!
Forever grateful with the Ardila team! If your looking for a lawyer, call Ardila law firm. They helped me every step of the way. I received my residency a couple months back and they were just hands down the best. The whole team is so nice and respectful. With just a call away and always willing to answer any questions I had. Thank you Ardila law firm
I have been contacting the firm in regards to documents that were requested by USCIS, that we are supposed to submit them by a certain time. It’s been a 1 month and 2 weeks since we gave our documentation and the firm has yet to submit them or even give updates regarding our case. It’s frustrating to have paid in full and cant get proper communication or even a courtesy text or email mentioning when she will submit the documents. This is someone’s life in this firms hands and the least that be done is to communicate properly and respectfully letting us know what to expect. Why cant we get a response, it really confuses me thinking paying in full would motivate the initiative in communicating effectively.
