Went for a light meal before the theater.
My friend and I split an Italian Chopped salad and we both had a cup of their tomato bisque soup.
Staff were friendly. It’s a small place so I would recommend reservations, especially for inside seating. They also have tables outside. We watched other food come out to tables and it looked amazing. They have a wood fire pizza oven. We would go back again.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Bavaro’s! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Yasmin, truly went above and beyond to make our night special. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
We were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and Yasmin surprised us with a Nutella pizza as a special treat—it was such a thoughtful touch and absolutely delicious! The food was outstanding, from the appetizers to the main courses, and the service made it even better.
If you’re looking for an authentic Italian dining experience with top-notch service, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to Yasmin for making our night unforgettable!
Went to the lightning game from out of town of the 16th of January, this place was down the street from where we were staying. The best pizza I’ve had since moving to Florida and in a long time. The limoncello pizza was delicious with a perfect blend of sweetness. Vodka pasta was out of this world good, my dad shared the same sentiment.
Atmosphere was very nice. Love the brick oven pizza. All the food was very good. Highly recommend for small groups, there was one even there up about 10 people. Work to visit if you’re in the city. Very friendly staff.
This place has amazing Italian food! We tried the caprese which had a whipped ricotta that was absolutely delicious and also the margarita pizza which was some of the best pizza I’ve had in Tampa. The crust was perfect, crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside, not finishing your crust would be a sin here.
They have both indoor and a good amount of outside seating mostly covered with umbrellas.
We tried to eat here once before but it was a Friday at 7pm and there was a 2 hour wait. I understand why, just don’t expect to walk in at busy times, make a reservation.
