The doctor is very friendly. He explains things to you fully. He’s always on time and I don’t have to spend a lot of time in the office. Staff is very sweet.
My doctor was excellent. But the receptionist isn’t. She is impatient, unprofessional and not accommodating at all. If it wasn’t for my doctors I wouldn’t go back there.
So happy with Dr Bolad and his staff. He is the best Rheumatologist in my area who I have found. He is very knowledgeable about Sjögren’s. He treats me for a variety of issues and is caring and has helped me. I highly recommend Dr Bolad!
I planned my appointment with Dr. Kumar a full two weeks in advance, ensuring I arrived promptly 10 minutes early to complete the requisite paperwork. Following my transition to a room, I patiently waited for an hour, anticipating the doctor’s arrival, only to be met with disappointment when he failed to show. The office remained eerily vacant, with not a single patient in sight as sometimes a heavy case load would warrant a longer wait.
Frustrated by this lack of professionalism, I made the decision to leave. In response, Dr. Kumar requested a I wait longer, which I found to be unsatisfactory given the circumstances.
For individuals who have taken time off from work or other commitments to attend appointments, such instances are not only disappointing but also disheartening when the doctor is apathetic towards others valuable time.
I would recommend finding a doctor that places more emphasis on the patient and his or her time.
