I’ve been seeing a cardiologist here for the past seven years. Each year I am scheduled for two pacemaker tests. Even though my appointments are booked six months in advance, they have a policy in place to overbook patients for these same tests. This is not the first time I’ve had to experience delays in the waiting room. The last time I had an appointment, I waited for over an hour while observing patients come and go. I finally confronted one of the patients to inquire about their appointment time and he told me “there was no appointment, the office told them to show up at a scheduled day/time”. So be aware and prepared to wait and watch other patients stroll in and out during your scheduled appointment time.
Love the entire staff here. They all are very attentive to giving the patients the best experience. From the minute you walk in the front desk reps are polite and courteous. The scheduling team, the office manager, the nurses, the radiologist, the entire team is just absolutely on their game! They handle every visit with care. Thank you all for showing up to serve myself and others.
Always liked this location because my Cardiologist is here but today’s appointment provided dissappointment due to having to share a healthcare facility with an animal that was very symbolic of a comfort dog.
The person that had it was not a patient but with someone that had an appointment.
It had it’s leash & vest but was certainly not a ligitimate service animal.
Service animals are trained to act a certain way & this animal was activly determined to go where it wanted, even with the owner pulling it in the correct direction.
I don’t hate animals but feel that inside restaurants & health care facilities are not that place for them.
Also wondered if the room where it was allowed got a hygenic cleaning afterwards.
Dr Salman is a stand up individual who has always does a great job ….
