Called to make an appointment a while ago, and I just received a voicemail 2 days before my appointment that they don’t take my insurance. They should have let me know the day I gave them my insurance information, that way I could have called to find someone who does except my insurance. Now I have to look for another cardiologist and wait for another appointment. As someone who’s dealing with a condition this was a waste of time.
Dr. Velusamy cares about his patients. He listens to them, answers their questions and explains everything in detail. He is an excellent professional. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I trust him with my life with my eyes closed!
Front office not efficient and respectful. They don’t care about resolving the billing problems from their third party billing company. They do not want to listen. No accountability. Wife of doctor doesn’t care to return messages about billing. They use 3rd party billing company. Once, I complained to her about how front desk charged me two co-pays and the attitude of, Jazmin the manager her answer was is that is hard to get bilingual staff to work in that area. Doctor spent at least 25.minutes talking about what happened to staff but said didn’t have time to talk to me about the details of my test results. Very bad practice. I fired him. He stressed me out.
