I was initially hesitant about starting therapy, but all of my fears went out the door after my first session with Dr. Crudup! She is the BEST! She is not only an excellent listener but helps guide you through whatever you are going through in an unbiased way. I never feel like she’s giving me her opinion of what I should do. She has changed my life during this pandemic, and I am forever grateful for her and her compassion to help others! Thank you Dr. Crudup!
The pandemic has given me a lot of time to reflect on things & made me realize there are areas in my life that I need to work on. Fortunately for me, I found Dr. Crudup to help me do this work. As another review mentioned, she is not a softy psychologist. She will definitely push you to examine yourself, but it isn’t done in a way that’s mean or malicious. Dr. Crudup is not going to tell you what you want to hear, but what you NEED to hear and I am glad that she does. Working with her has been a true pleasure and I am in a much better place in my life since seeing her.
So thankful Dr. Crudup was recommended for my family therapy. She is fair and truthful. She did not put her personal feelings in the sessions at all. She asked questions for you to dig deeper in your feelings. She is an amazing therapist!! absolutely recommend!!
Dr. Crudup has really been crucial to helping me keep my sanity during the pandemic. She does not impose her own views, which I think can be hard to find in a therapist. She helped me set goals to work through my trauma, and she was supportive every step of the way. She won’t tell you what you want to hear, but she will help you through the truth of a situation so you can make improvements for yourself. She’s been a great asset and has really helped me come a long way in my mental health journey.
