I called Alex after a big rock hit my windshield and made a mark in the glass. He came out on a Saturday to inspect it and informed me it was just a pit and did not need repair. He refused to charge me anything for the inspection, either. What an honest company and I know who I will be calling from now on.
They were here when they said they were going to be here. Took about an hour to replace the windshield on a 2018 BMW. The two gentlemen were very nice and informative. Total cost was zero dollars to replace. Thank you.
Quick No Nonsense Company! The turn around time to come out and replace my windshield was very surprising. I’d never used a home visit company before. Very straightforward. Polite personnel. Asked a couple of times if I had questions. Were very specific about what not to do after installation. I highly recommend Done Right.
