Working with Dumpster Dogs was both good and also quite bad. The good part was they delivered the dumpster as promised on time and at the proper location. The delivery driver (Tony) did an excellent job putting the dumpster in the best spot. Also, they picked up the dumpster immediately after I was done using it.
Here’s the bad: I was overcharged $53.50. And after over a week straight of leaving phone messages with their main office finally i was able to contact someone. The Dumpster Dog rep (Eric) said he would contact their office manager and request the credit. After more days going forward the credit was still not issued. I was able to contact Eric again who also was frustrated by their office staff and finally refunded the amount from his own personal Zelle account. Thank you Eric! Finally, to date, I still have not received the promised email which would contained the paid invoice that i need to submit to my general contractor. All in all I would use Dumpster Dog again since they definitely offered the best price for the dumpster I needed. However, waiting over a week, and the effort it took to get a credit was very poorly handled. You shouldn’t have to virtually beg to get your money back.
So so happy we went with this company! Excellent customer service, quick and efficient, communication was great! Drop off and pick up took just minutes. The price was unbeatable as well. Highly recommend all the way around!
Used dumpster dogs to get a dumpster for a garage clean out. Booking process was simple and the dumpster was delivered and picked up on time. Price was fair. Would certainly use these guys again if I were in need.

I was using the WM dumpster bags until I discovered Dumpster Dogs. Booking online with Dumpster Dogs was easy. We even got our dumpster delivered a day earlier! Then our plans had changed and we needed the dumpster for an extra day….no problem for Dumpster Dogs. Service, communication, PRICE, and quality was impeccable. We FILLED the dumpster to the BRIM. 10/10 would book again (we will have to as we have a lot of junk).
