Abraham and his team provide excellent customer service, often you can pull up and get service on the spot. Very knowledgeable, quick, and friendly, especially with tire repair/replace but for all kinds of repairs.
Rarely does one want to pay MORE for the service they receive, particularly at a car mechanic, but El Pino Tires is simply unbeatable.
I landed at Tampa international airport to discover a flat tire on my old tundra sitting in the parking lot. I changed the tire and put the spare on and drove to this shop because of its proximity to the airport. They patched my tire and fixed a patch that another tire shop did poorly. There was no waiting. They got me on the road and headed home within 20 minutes and everyone at the shop is in a good mood and does customer service great. If I lived locally, I would come here all the time.
Came in after Pep Boys explained they could not even look at the tire until tomorrow. Just one half mile away, I will never go anywhere else! They were super fast without an appointment and explain to me why my attempt to repair the flat could have created damage permanently to the sensor. I had not heard that information before and was very pleased that they were going the extra mile in every way! Lightning fast and very helpful.
